How to Register a Student Athlete for the ACA and the Race Series

Note: You will not be able to create an account until you have an activation code from the Head Coach. For the code, please email the head coach at jetsmountainbiketeam@gmail.com.

Step 1: Navigate to website - https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_Register_a_Student_Athlete_for_the_ACA_and_the_Race_Series__7CJUFZDLRqWH_bVIZT2qzQ#90c7ff4e

Step 2: Click "Login"

Step 3: Enter the email account and password you used to create your CCN account.If you do not have a CCN account, click the Create an account button.

Step 4: Return to https://ccnbikes.com/#!/memberships/alabama-cycling-association. Find your team in the "SELECT YOUR TEAM" Drop-down box.Click Register.

Step 5: Click "JOIN TEAM"

Step 6: Enter the pass code provided by your team administrator. Remember pass codes are case sensitive.Click Continue.

Step 7: Select a student athlete's name from the list or click "REGISTER SOMEONE ELSE".

Step 8: Fill in all the fields on the form.

Step 9: Click "REGISTER"

Step 10: Click "Student Athlete" Click "NEXT"

Step 11: Click "ADD MEMBERSHIP TO CART"

Step 12: Click to select the grade your student athlete will be in during the 2024 race season.Click "Next"

Step 13: Answer all the required ("*") questions in the Additional Information and Family contacts sections.Answer any optional questions you deem important.

Step 14: Click the additional emergency contact dropdown box and choose Yes or No. If you select Yes, additional fields will be displayed.

Step 15: Select the appropriate choices for each question in the Student Health Information section.

Step 16: Choose Yes or No from the dropdown box.

Step 17: Click to Check the box in the Release-Reportable Injury Section.

Step 18: Select Yes or No in the Release of contact Information dropdown box.

Step 19: Click "NEXT"

Step 20: Review your answers. Edit if needed.Click "COMPLETE AND RETURN TO REGISTRATION"

Step 21: Click "COMPLETE AND PROCEED TO CART"

Step 22: Click "PROCEED TO CART"

Step 23: You can register your athlete for the Race Series by selecting their name and clicking REGISTER.If you do not want to register for the Race Series, Click GO TO CART to register your athlete with their team.

Step 24: Click "REGISTER"

Step 25: Click to select the appropriate Race Series.

Step 26: Click "NEXT"

Step 27: Click "COMPLETE AND PROCEED TO CART

Step 28: Click "YES"

Step 29: Answer the required questions.

Step 30: Click "CONTINUE"

Step 31: Click the "I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH MOUNTAIN BIKING AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM." field.

Step 32: Enter your name and click I agree to the above.

Step 33: Review your cart.

Step 34: Click Yes to upgrade to Refundable RegistrationClick No Thanks to decline the upgrade.Enter your billing information in the credit card section.Click "SUBMIT & COMPLETE" to complete the transaction.
